Professionally I am the most engaged in my career when I have an opportunity to develop and grow, as well as assist direct reports in doing the same. I have clear goals in place, utilising my engineering studies and enrolling in a Master of Global Project Management to further skills and knowledge I have learned practically and through mentorship to date, and am looking for opportunities that afford me more of the same.Currently I am a Test Manager and Change Analyst with Wollongong City Council, working as part of a team in an ERP migration project aiming to uplift a varied suite of independent, on-premise applications to a singular cloud-based software suite. I have successfully managed a test phase through one release of our staggered deployment, which allowed me to build skills in project co-ordination, vendor and stakeholder management as well as change management. I am looking for the next role in my professional career to challenge myself in line with my skills of project and people management, as well as alongside my goals of personal growth and development. One of my biggest strengths is my willingness to challenge myself to contribute to a team or organisation in ways beyond the description of a job title, and my ability to understand and adapt to being 'thrown in in the deep end' as seen by my working history, my qualifications have typically been attained concurrently or well after I have displayed a track record of success.
