I am a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA; PSY0001897878). I work in private practice in North Sydney and with the inpatient and outpatient populations at Mosman Private (Psychiatric) Hospital.I have undergone training at the post-graduate level in the assessment and treatment of mental disorders. I practice Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) primarily - although I am influenced by Psychodynamic and Humanistic/Existential ideas. I offer these evidence-based psychological treatments to adolescents and adults experiencing issues with addiction, anger, anxiety, body-dysmorphia, depression, relationships, sleep, and stress. In addition, I am particularly interested in the treatment of Anxiety Disorders, and conditions where anxiety is prominent. These include, but are not limited to: Agoraphobia, Body Dysmorphic Disorder, Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Illness Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Panic Disorder, Phobia(s), Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and Social Anxiety Disorder.I consult regularly with peers and clinical supervisors, and I am a member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA) and the Association for Contextual Behavioural Science (ACBS).
