Being a manager has developed not only my leadership skills but also my communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal. I am an enthusiastic worker who has gain confidence in dealing with customers and resolving issues with the highest professionalism. I am able to work in both a team environment and individually to ensure all tasks are completed to the upmost quality and efficiency.
