Trained all of the new hires on policies and techniques in place to grow cannabis. This includes everything from propagation, transplanting, feeding, cleaning and loading grow rooms, trellis, green waste, washing pots, integrated pest management sprays, lollipopping, installing irrigation systems, and proper leafing based on the stage of plant growth.
