Each project carried its unique objective, a tangible blend of ideas, teamwork, and hard work. My initial steps were taken as a Yard Help/Driver at Pioneer Lumber Inc., where I delved into light sales, yard maintenance, and customer service. As my responsibilities grew, I transitioned into more engaging roles, each offering a different lens through which to understand the market and hone my skills.Fast forward a few years, and today, I find myself at the heart of the Iowa region's sales operations for custom-engineered steel building systems. Here, not only did my understanding of the Pre-Engineered Metal Building Industry deepen, but my ability to foster and maintain key relationships became a cornerstone of my approach. My role as a District Sales Manager goes beyond sales targets and numbers; it is about creating lasting partnerships, understanding client needs, and delivering solutions that align.Over the years, I've acquired a blend of skills, both through hands-on experience and formal training programs like Dale Carnegie, Sandler Sales, and Value-Based Selling. These certifications have equipped me with a nuanced understanding of sales strategy, organizational structure, and leadership, forming a solid foundation upon which I continue to build my career.As I reflect on my journey, the challenges faced, and the milestones achieved, I feel prepared and enthusiastic for the chapters ahead.
