Responsible for generating sales with specific customers assigned by management. Duties include quoting, customer development, project communication, and customer service to assigned customers, to foster long term customer relationships.-Work closely with specific customers to maintain awareness of customer projects and drive appropriate solutions.-Understand and articulate project requirements and schedule, while also working closely with Application Engineering to develop solutions meeting those requirements.-Advocate for the customer experience and balance the Project Manager focus while putting the overall customer relationship performance above specific job performance.-Oversees and manages the quoting process and ensures quote deliverables and schedules are met.-Responsible for the alignment between the quote, all verbal or written communications, customer specs, and the Purchase Order.

Supports the planning and preparation for production schedules. Activities include facilitating and expediting the flow of materials to and from various sources. Deals directly with vendors to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of goods to appropriate locations. Inspects goods upon delivery to verify delivered goods match order specifications. Handles any delivery inconsistencies or delays. Provides support for Production activities, which include troubleshooting issues pertaining to part quality, part shortages and material defects developing appropriate countermeasures.• Prepares Purchase Order Acknowledgement and Date Maintenance.• Analyzes, processes, and expedites supplier orders, exception orders, and service parts orders by establishing and maintaining a receiving plan that meets requirements.• Understanding the costs associated with expedites while making decisions to minimize impacts. • Facilitate and provide customer support to production for material issues pertaining to materials quality, defects, shortages and changes.

Provide direction to the shop floor personnel, monitor the quality of work, ensure employees receive the proper training, and address maintenance issues. Oversee and assist with the daily Plant operations including process and procedure improvement activities. Collaborates with work center leads to complete all production tasks.  Trains employees on how to complete various tasks of conveyor assembly.  Keeps manager up to date on all ongoing projects, with regards to project status, completion, and any problems that may have arise in the course of the project. Operates required machinery and equipment in a safe manner following established safety rules, maintains a neat and clean production floor, follows established tool and instrument control procedures, and reports any unsafe acts or conditions to manager.  Establish and maintain a positive work environment.  Enforcing Employee Safety and guidelines. Maintain factory performance in areas of production and sub-assembly.  Monitoring of production of finished goods to insure consistency throughout the manufacturing process. Attend and participate in regular production meetings.  Notifies Manager of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions. Equipment maintenance.
