- Represent plaintiffs in a broad range of civil litigation matters focusing on FederalEmployers Liability Act (FELA), personal injury, occupational, and property damage claims- Intimately involved in cases from pre-trial litigation to trial, including client interviews,attending hearings and conferences, drafting pre-trial and trial motions, and negotiating onbehalf of clients- Primarily responsible for all critical written work, ranging from dispositive motions andsupporting memoranda, to initial pleadings, discovery requests and responses- Successfully co-drafted opposition to summary judgment motion leading to a $2.1 milliondollar settlement- Reviews discovery records, drafts pre-litigation demand letters, and prepares complaints

- Represented clients at regulatory meetings with city, county, and state officials- Counseled clients on environmental regulations and requirements- Researched and analyzed energy and environmental codes and regulations to facilitate the permitting process of clean energy projects- Presented regularly to clients on project results and recommended next steps- Oversaw and helped implement the creation of the firm’s sUAS (drone) program

- Implemented Industrial Stormwater permitting, compliance, and training for clients

- Monitored and memorialized Minnesota senate and house committee meetings- Developed and implemented advocacy programs in collaboration with lead consultant
