Including: Loading software, loading site configuration files, ensure full site capacity, and call testing cells.Construction Manager:• Oversee construction projects and manage foreman• Site walk future development with client to develop scope of work• Create and procure BOM and equipment for project• Verify scope of work against current client standards. Verify permitting and build status of project.• Find, procure, and schedule subcontractors.• Work with foreman to develop plan for construction.• Work with crews in field to verify material and quality of work.• Build COP(Close Out Package) and submit to client for approval.Senior Site Technician:• Interface directly with client to find work and schedule teams deployment.• Manage operations crews in field.• Deploy tower crews to site for repair.• Train and assist new team leaders and foreman.• Assist foreman with troubleshooting cell site issues.Avionics/ radar technician:• F-18 AN/APG-65/73 radar repair and calibration• F-18A+/C Aviation Electronics troubleshooting and repair• Slot Checker (Final Checker) qualifiedo Responsible for safety of jet aircraft on start-up and troubleshooting issue. Must have understanding of jet and all systems.o Responsible for final aircraft safe for flight inspection before launch.o Responsible for jet readiness during rapid response scenariosNetwork Technician:• Test networking equipment for proper function• Cisco, Juniper, Dell, ADTRAN, Ruckus, Meraki, Avaya, Brocade• Repair and refurbish damaged or broken equipment
