• Provide 27/7 technical software support services in a timely fashion in relation to the use of Vitalograph systems by clinical trials and monitor studies
• Analyze and troubleshoot Vitalograph applications, hardware and peripherals
• Assist in setting up systems including Spirometers, Medical workstations, ECG, Monitors and all related software according to sponsor protocol specification
• Install software updates and build release patches on all clinical trial protocols
• Work closely with Clinical Trial Project Managers and site technicians to ensure the trial is performed and the data is generated, documented, and reported in compliance with GCP and the applicable regulatory.
• Ensure all electronic source data such as Spirometry, ECG, Cough is captured in a 21 CFR Part 11 compliant

• Work closely with Clinical Trial Project Managers and site technicians to ensure the trial is performed and the data is generated, documented, and reported in compliance with GCP and the applicable regulatory.
• Capture Spirotrac software and windows log files to assist with troubleshooting failed sessions or missing data

• Handle incoming technical support requests, via phone, from our customers. We strive to turn them into an Xtime Service CRM advocate even if their technical expertise is lacking a bit.
• Troubleshoot problems with the customer’s configuration, our software, or other third party vendor integration points
• Fully document in detail customer issues with attention to detail within Zendesk ticketing system
• Ensure proper escalation when a problem has not been resolved, to ensure customer is kept apprised of issue status.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and provide evidence of issues related to systems interaction, networking, and application behavior
