I have both BSc and MSc level qualifications in Sport and Exercise Science. I have a huge passion for my area of study as well as, how the human body functions and what can be done to excel beyond limits. I have previously worked as a sales advisor at Advance Performance, where I assist both recreational and elite level runners with gait analysis to bolster their performance and offer advice to help them get as much as possible from running. And, I have great experience as an strength & conditioning coach. Where I have coached various members of the general public with a wide range of abilities, pre-existing injuries, and variables that impact their performance. I consider myself a very active and dedicated person with a variety of interests ranging from hypertrophy training, hiking, scuba diving, a need to help and assist others and to conquer new challenges.
