About Mitchell Gray
I have many years of experience in customer service being a head karate instructor and working in the fast-food service industry. I had to learn to properly manage my time according to my work, school, and extra activities (training in Brazillian Jujutsu) schedule. Some of my biggest accomplishments came from my time working and volunteering as a karate instructor over the course of seven years so far. I got to lead teams in making skill demonstrations for other karate schools and potential clients and splitting tasks for other assistant instructors into normal classes. I also built excellent interpersonal skills during my time as a karate instructor with students, parents, peers, clients, and colleagues. This resulted in my being able to listen actively and then communicate effectively with that trust already built with all the people. I have excellent personal and time management skills as I balance school, volunteering, extracurricular activities, and my personal life.My personal career goal is still one day become a physiotherapist or chiropractor in order to help people deal with or recover from pain/ physical conditions affecting their daily lives. I have taken many courses so far in my undergrad degrees (majoring in human kinetics) such as human anatomy, clinical biomechanics, and health and injury biomechanics which have all added to my knowledge to become a future rehab clinician. I love that we can understand how the body moves and acts in certain ways which can affect how easy or hard a task is. Most of all, being able to interact and speak to different groups/ranges of people in those professions, I find is amazing since you get to view someone else's perspective on life and get new insights into things that you may never have thought of before.
