• Lead support for Investment Counsel, Equity Research Team, and the Equity Trade Desk.• Represent Equity back office support in all meetings with other in-house teams, brokers, and custodians.• Train Portfolio Managers and Administrators on trade order entry into OMS.• Create and Implement trades over $10B for client accounts by way of PM's instruction using six different trading systems.• Manage the Equity Support team and consult with Fixed Income and Derivatives teams.• Work with brokers and custodians on trades to ensure proper settlement.• Manage account cash levels; set acceptable parameters and initiate rebalancing when necessary.

• Maintain equity model accounts across 11 models and 19 sponsors. • Facilitate trade instructions to brokers for Equities, Mutual Funds, and Fixed Income Securities for directed accounts.• Support International matching and settlement by providing proper trade details and settlement instructions to brokers.• Provide the Equity Trading Groups reports detailing daily trades and failing trades.• Report and update securities in OMS that are part of corporate actions.
