Out of college, spent a few years in small companies working with the early personal computers. Moved on to work for a few years with the South Eastern Electricity Board in the UK before joining Rentokil as a programmer.Moved through various roles in Rentokil's IT section before moving to the Initial Textiles division, after its acquisition by Rentokil, as an IT development manager. Various roles within Initial IT section including Master Data Manager before transferring back to Rentokil Group IT as a Business Analyst. Later took a role as Systems Design Analyst to assist the implementation of a new ESB architecture and then moved back to Business Analyst to support a new BI Team.I have played significant parts in the project management, design, build, test, implementation and support of a variety of projects delivering systems and applications. Applications and areas covered include:- Sales Ledger, Legal Debt Management, Insurance System, Direct Debit and BACS integration, Contract Administration, Laundry Management, Service Scheduling, Field Service, ,Field Sales, Mobile Apps, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, Customer Integration.
