For nearly 15 years, Mitchell McClellan has been the go-to performance coach for leaders in business, finance, law, entertainment, and politics. Why? His track record for enabling high achievers to not only surpass their own professional outcomes, but also enrich their personal lives.He produces these results through a holistic approach to coaching thatintegrates physical training with behavioral change, psychological insight,and personal growth. Nearly a decade ago, he began experimenting with a biometric device then used exclusively by professional and Olympic-level athletes to determine various aspects of physiological readiness designed to optimize training.He correctly assumed that these same principles could be applied to the demands of his international clientele. Impressed by the results he achieved, he went on to develop a unique training method with the device at its core. Going on to build a 13,000 Sq ft training facility in the West Village of Manhattan equipped with a full sports science lab as well as being a performance director for a leading global private equity firm. Now, with his proprietary training protocol - refined over close to 15 years of coaching, advising, and working alongside global business leaders and companies, he is set to once again redefine the personal performance coaching experience for the world’s leading performers.
