• Heavily involved in year-end payroll processing and W-2 preparation

• Process payroll for about 2,000 hourly employees.
• Correct payroll errors not completed by the plant to ensure payroll is submitted correctly and on time.
• Help with salary payroll issues, collecting overpayments and processing as needed.
• Work with Plant Leadership and Union representatives on resolving problems with payroll, attendance, FMLA, short-term disability, grievances, and contract issues.
• Serve as main help chain for plant-wide issues with payroll, work brain and overtime.
