Senior Payroll And Time And Attendance Specialist
Current- Consult location administrators on payroll, time and attendance, and taxation issues
- Perform configuration changes in the Info Workforce Management (Work brain) application, to include changes to pay rules, accruals, attendance control, and user security
- Partner with the Time and Attendance technical team on application upgrade projects, and assist with defining requirements for various application development initiatives
- Manage Time and Attendance requests through the ServiceNow ticketing system, and resolve those requests within the customer service level agreement timeline
- Work with third party vendors to manage unemployment insurance rates
- Heavily involved in year-end payroll processing and W-2 preparation
