My main role in the company was I.T. Administrator in charge of the entire office network, software and hardware. This included improving and maintaining the networking infrastructure, maintaining all staff member's computers and assisting the marketing team with their in house educational events, managing the Office 365 licenses and other office software licensing. My secondary role and most important role was being the only I.T. customer support analyst. I was in charge of all I.T. support tickets, resolving the various I.T. related issues the customer faced, going on-site to not only troubleshoot problems but also to install Autodesk software. I was the face and voice of all I.T. customer support. I was incredibly successful in this position, with many happy customers and success stories. I also single handedly created every single I.T. support tutorial that are still being used today.
