Package lead responsible for the execution and delivery of the High Voltage Power and Communication Transmission System (HVPACTS) and Gorgon Umbilical EPCI Contract. The core of this work will be the supply and installation of a 135km High Voltage Submarine Cable (HVSC) from Barrow Island (BWI) out to the floating semi-submersible Field Control Station (FCS) which is in 1350m. The HVSC will be rated at 145kV and will be required to deliver 85 MW of power to the FCS. The HVSC will be installed in a single length (~8,500 Te) and will incorporate a Dynamic Riser section.A supplementary Gorgon power and communications umbilical will be installed from BWI to the Gorgon field. This new 59km static umbilical will provide supplementary power and communications to the Gorgon subsea infrastructure. The HVPACTS scope includes:1. High Voltage Power and Communication System engineering, procurement and manufacture;a. BWI High Voltage Land Cable (HVLC) and BWI Fibre Optic Land Cable (FOLC) including Ancillary Equipment, splices, terminations and spares.b. FCS HVLC and FCS FOLC including Ancillary Equipment, splices, terminations and spares.c. HVSC comprising of the HDD static cable section, shallow water static cable section, deep water static cable section and deep-water dynamic cable section including all Ancillary Equipment, repair equipment, transition joints and spares.2. HVSC Shallow water pipeline and umbilical crossings3. HVSC transport and installation4. HVSC secondary stabilization - Rock dumping5. HVSC secondary stabilization - Trenching6. HVSC / HVLC hook-up (FCS and BWI)The Gorgon Umbilical scope includes:1. Umbilical (including UTA) engineering, procurement and manufacture;2.
