Reconstruction Project Manager
Current- Writing/establishing detailed scope of work - Procuring materials, scheduling sub contractors, performing quality inspections on projects- Creating Project schedule and managing timelines with customers and contractors- Ensuring projects consistently hit Gross Margin goals by managing budgets and negotiating with sub contractors - Invoicing $1.2 million and closing upwards of $1 million in work annually - Managing material selection process with customer - Provide updates to customers and insurance carriers on status of projects- Form strong relationships with sub contractors and material vendors to ensure best pricing - Sell services to customers
