The entire rulemaking process including data collection, data analysis, stakeholder outreach, and drafting of the regulatory impact analysis was supported. Major rulemakings include the Flightcrew Member Duty and Rest Requirements and Washington, DC Metropolitan Area Special Flight Rules Area rulemakings for the FAA and the GA Security Rule for TSA.
