Business Analyst
Current- Create and develop workflows/process flows in Microsoft Visio based on client needs and company capabilities to be shared back with the client and implemented according to the clients marketing plan
- Utilize Microsoft Access, Excel, and SQL to analyze client data and form conclusions to share back to the client as well as internal solutioning and development teams
- Facilitate and segment client needs to other areas of the company (solutions, development, IT, client technology, etc.) through open communication and presentations
- Manage Projects utilizing agile and waterfall management tools to ensure progress is meeting client expectations and time tables
- Develop and implement business area best practices to aid in overall communication and project flow
