Growing up, I knew that I wanted to have a fast paced career that would challenge me by continuously changing. Naturally, the construction industry was where I started my career. I recently graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. During my time in school, I was able to take part in the college’s amazing Co-Op program. Over the course of five years, I was able to obtain a bachelor's degree and almost three years of experience in the construction industry. I believe this is what allowed me to see the possibilities for optimization within the construction industry. I was quickly able to see how the concepts discussed in class apply to my day to day job tasks as a Co-Op, making me fully prepared to start my full-time career after graduating.
