In the last 7 years working with LFT production teams, I have come to the realization that this industry has given me an opportunity to develop professionally. Early on in my employment I was eager to learn every facet of the production department. In my first four months I was capable of working anywhere in the production area. Soon after I learned to run a specialty line that was still new to our production team. My abilities to problem solve, working with other people to complete goals, and become a leader for my shift have grown to a plateau that I didn't think I could reach. I take great pride in my work and hold myself accountable if mistakes are made and learn from them. My greatest achievement in my mind is the ability to give my knowledge to others to help them flourish as I was able too.
