Assisting community development and human service not-for-profit organizations with strategic planning, program design, fundraising/grant writing, real estate/housing development, and community/volunteer engagement strategies.

CAN operates two of the largest shelters as well as transitional and permanent supportive housing for homeless men, women and families, outreach offices offering eviction prevention and budget counseling, weatherization of low-income homes, and a large food pantry in Baltimore County, Maryland. As Executive Director it is my privilege to support the passionate staff who deliver these life-saving services. My responsibilities include working with the Board of Directors, elected officials, funders and partners to secure the resources to fulfill CAN's mission to "...reduce vulnerability and promote personal growth, stability and self-sufficiency among low-income residents."
