Vice President – Relationship Manager (11/08-03/14)•Establish and develop strong working relationship with clients and liaison with Underwriter, Collateral Manager and Rating Agencies.•Manage all client expectations relating to communication and deadlines by ensuring support staff meet their requirements.•Maintain comprehensive knowledge of forty deals under my responsibility, including oversight of transactions and analytics.•Perform documentation review and negotiation prior to deal closing to manage bank’s risk profile and roles.•Lead accountability, oversight and associate roles to guarantee quality of product and service.•Complete final review and approval of all payments, trades and reports prior to execution.Trust Officer – Sr. CDO Analyst (12/06-11/08), CDO Analyst II (06/05-12/06), CDO Analyst (08/04-06/05)•Review, run and model structured finance asset/liability cash flow models for CBO/CLO transactions.•Maintain approximately 20 portfolios with over $25 billion in assets comprised of various asset-backed securities, credit default swaps, synthetic securities and commercial paper.•Use financial models to match cash flows from a pool of diversified assets to a set of prioritized capital liabilities.•Track hypothetical trades versus the current portfolio to ensure all coverage, quality and limitation tests continue to pass requirements.•Interpret securitization documents to determine and report the terms and conditions scripted within.•Meet strict deadlines for scheduled distributions and reports to investors.•Manage the performance and assist with the development of Jr. Analysts and CDO Program interns.

Analyst – Commercial Lending •Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual management reports on volume and amount of different loan portfolios.•Use reports to constantly monitor large accounts, participated accounts, paid-off loans and loans coming due.•Perform weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual variance analysis for a variety of business segments.•Compile all necessary front-end documentation to ensure that loan policies are met and collateral is secured.•Utilizing software programs to improve data integrity and efficiency of reporting processes.•Reflect movement of money on several large loans among the institutions.•Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis to provide solutions to all business areas.•Review loan documents to make sure procedures are followed as set forth in the legal documentation.•Monitor and report on the non-performing assets of the four holding company institutions.•Trend and analyze different rates and indices affecting lending and investing.
