My main responsibilities as Quality Control and Testing Technician is to thoroughly test newly built computer systems as well as performing in depth quality checks. Within the Testing Technician side of my role I regularly install Windows Operating Systems, Drivers (including Audio, Display and Network) and softwares (such as Anti Virus and RGB controls). It is also my responsibility to run Benchmarking softwares (such as 3D Mark, BIT and OCCT) to test the overall performance of computer systems and detect any faults or issues. If any faults do arise then it is up to me to problem solve to figure out what is causing the issue and fix the fault. Fixing faults can include reinstalling Operating system, replacing hardware, updating or reinstalling softwares to name a few.Within the Quality Control side I take a senior role of managing the workflow of the Quality Control department and its relative team members. The main duties of Quality Control include surveying the externals and internals of a system for damages or faults, ensuring that all aspects of the computer are working as intended and ensuring that all systems leave the company at the highest possible standard.

At Quite Brilliant Creative I was responsible for creating a variety of different graphic designs such as web design, logo design, brand guidelines, promotional materials, social media and physical print media. I actively worked with a variety of clients in a range of art styles to achieve their design requests. During my time here I completed an apprenticeship, achieving my ECDL at Level 3, and then was kept on as a full time graphic designer. Within the company I worked in a creative team, to collaborate on projects, delegate tasks appropriately, and work together to learn new creative skills. I also took on extra responsibilities and managed the dispatch and shipping of all print orders that was made through the company.
