I began my career at a notable plaintiff’s personal injury firm in northern New Jersey as an associate, counsel and eventually partner. This practice also entails advising insurers in major recovery litigation in both a plaintiff and defense context. These matters often include fraud and rescission actions. My practice additionally involves counseling small and mid-sized businesses in both a litigation and non litigation context on regulatory, white collar, contract, and general corporate matters.
