Performance Analysis Coordinator
CurrentI am responsible for managing the performance and reporting of Social Futures 30+ social programs, including by overseeing and supporting performance management, data analysis, service and administration design and reporting.This is a mixed data and business analyst role, acting as a specialist consultant to management to support producing and maintaining data systems and practices that allow us to meet contract requirements, perform effectively and collect and use data in alignment with our company principles, community obligations, and privacy requirements.In this role I manage the following key duties:- Contract Performance Management: Manage contracts for social programs, and conduct performance management and reporting both for organisational oversight and to meet the obligations of the contract.- Data Analysis: Manage the administrative data practices for all programs, including best practice for collecting and storing data, systems support (Salesforce, SQL, Tableau, Excel), and analysis and reporting of data to improve practices and manage performance.- Project Management: Manage the implementation of small to medium sized projects (business projects) with a focus on administrative systems and training, best practice usage of data systems, and change management for staff compliance with systems, policy, and procedures.This position reports to the Senior Manager - Contracts and Relationship Management.
