- Develop/maintain and grow target client lists for potential clients within designated area;- Prepare presentations and arrange presentations/seminars for clients;- Ability to forecast and meet goals on an annual basis;- Prepare and provide quotations to clients as requested by existing and potential clients;- Work very closely with Client Services Department in coordinating proposals, and work plans for projects;- Attend and represent ALS Environmental at required trade shows and conferences;- Participate in client appreciation events and industry seminars/conferences

-Gathering air, water, and soil samples to determine contamination level and assessing environmental conditions.-Conducting surveying to determine groundwater elevations.-Designing/following methodologies for environmental sampling and analysis.-Implementing quality control and quality assurance protocols for testing materials for conformity and compliance.-Measuring field characteristics, properties, and composition of soils, river channels, and biological systems.-Assisting the project manager in preparing reports of findings for clients.-Implementing/executing procedures according to the Health & Safety Act.-Preparing and documenting detailed field notes.-Inputting borehole logs & well records, sorting/organizing soil & assisting the project manager with additional tasks.

- Research customers, analyze trends and have active reports to share with management team about customer behaviors- Assist the Sales Team by up-selling and on-boarding clients with respect to all ERIS products, packages and services. - Educate customers on new products or services. Follow up with phone calls and email for feedback and report findings. - Participate with the marketing team to ensure that the key requirements and messaging of marketing will meet customer requirements.- Document customer requirements to the Sales and Systems Teams to develop products that customers want and will pay for.- Support the Operations Team in all facets, including completing of reports, re-works and additional products.- Support clients through the ERIS main line, Info box and live CHAT. Review communication to ensure customer service is optimal and advise where improvements in customer experience can be made.- Manage and coordinate client batch orders, instructions, product additions, cancellations and special requests.- Maintaining and fostering great working relationships with clients and suppliers.- Communicate with suppliers and support teams to ensure that they understand customer requirements. Track customer reactions.- Administrative duties relating to customer touch points as they intersect with departments throughout the organization.

-Analyzing information and preparing reports with daily deadlines pertaining to Federal, Provincial, State and Private source environmental risk information from across North America.-Coordinating as well as conducting searches and delivery to our clients of aerial photos, city directory searches, title/lien searches, fire insurance maps, and other related products.-Maintaining and fostering good working relationships with clients and suppliers.
