Current- Responsible for administration of the risk management function and insurance matters pertaining to the company’s global operations and associated exposures.- Responsible for identifying corporate exposure to loss and implementing appropriate risk management techniques to eliminate or reduce the impact on the ability of the corporation to perform at a high level.- Responsible for the continued evolution and building of a dedicated Risk and Insurance function, focused on evaluating, structuring and negotiating risk transfer arrangements using insurance products and other contractual terms, including captives and reinsurance structures.- Manage a team of claims and risk management professionals while also managing corporate level projects to provide an array of services such as insurance strategy & placement, claims tracking and servicing, actuarial services, risk engineering and loss control, and new acquisition due diligence.
