• Rank: Captain / Branch: Military Police Officer• Plan and execute Emergency Training Exercises validating incident command and emergency response teams across an array of emergency contingencies• Lead, plan and assist in the design, development and conduct of emergency preparedness exercises while applying exercise and evaluation doctrine.• Analyze emergency preparedness data in order to improve program effectiveness• Coordinate with multiple agencies (Police, Fire, EMS, Hospital, Public Affairs, Garrison Operations) in conducting exercises utilizing NIMS and FEMA standards to conduct quarterly and annual validations of the Fort Bliss Directorate of Emergency Services in emergency response operations.• Responsible for the planning and execution of all garrison law enforcement and emergency response operations on Fort Bliss, an installation encompassing over 1.1 million acres and 186,000 soldiers and civilians.• Serve as a Watch Commander in charge of twelve military police patrols.• Instructor for Law Enforcement Active Shooter Response, teaching room clearing, movement and response tactics to military police soldiers and department of the army guards.
