- All daily operations at the Bowden Refinery, including orientating new contractors, drivers, and employees on plant procedures and policies.- Collecting all safety tickets and filing all relevant certifications.- Issuing permits, ensuring all safety regulations are followed, and reporting all findings to company HSE.- Creating and updating all Standard Operating Procedures relevant to any tasks performed by shift operators.- In-house forklift trainer: created an 8-hr. classroom course with operator skill tests performed on site.- Site administrator for all plant and rail facility maintenance and preventative measures.- Monthly Level II Track inspections and reporting of all defects found.- Track maintenance as required: replacing broken bolts, washing and greasing rail switches, setting up outside specialty rail contractors as needed, and vegetation control. - Certified Track mobile operator for all rail movements as required. - Overseeing rail transloading of light crude onto railcars, setting up proper tanks for unloading gasoline and diesel, and creating dye blends as needed.- Unloading railcars, completing relevant paperwork, and data entry of applicable railcar information.- Working alongside contractors on calibrations of injectors, adjusting as needed, and maintaining all yearly services and major repairs.- Monthly Fire Eye tests, Quarterly ESD tests, Quarterly Tank level gauge tests.- Quarterly HVC maintenance of all plant and rail HVAC systems. - Inquiring and setting up installation of new HVAC RTU unit for plant control room. - Trained in plant firefighting equipment.- Monthly run tests of diesel and electric firefighting pumps- Updating or adding new drivers, trailers, or carriers into plant accounting system.- Data entry of receipts from all loads and closing out daily tank inventories.- Troubleshooting PLC system errors and working with various contractors to resolve in a timely matter.-
