Growing up as a child, I did not have many friends. Throughout school, and into my adulthood, this did not really change. When the COVID pandemic hit, and my day job was sent to fully remote, I became very isolated. This led me to go to a friend finding Facebook group. While I was on this Facebook group, I met a woman named Emily Johnson. One day, she had posted on this Facebook group asking if anyone in the group would be interested in creating a social organization for Neurodivergent Minnesotans. I jumped on this prospect, and the rest has been history. We unofficially formed in April of 2022. From then, we hosted over 70 events that first year between the two of usIn November of 2022, after being inspired by another local leader in the neurodivergent community, MNeurodivergent officially registered as a 501C-3 Non-Profit with the IRS. After we incorporated, we formed our board, and I was elected as the Board President
