I have been a licensed massage therapist in private practice since 1988.Ihave provided more than 42000 treatments.I use deep tissue ,myofascial release,trigger point therapies,cranial sacral,shiatsu, reiki,and neuromuscular bodywork techniques.I Incorporate rehab exercises,aqua therapy,active isolated stretching and yoga homework for clients. My motto there is no limit on how good you can feel.I have found that we need to maintain our bodies ability to move thru complete ranger of motion of any joint with fast twitch muscles turned on without pain or restrictions. It is much easier to prevent muscular problems than to rehab.I am also a licensed colon therapist and provide nutritional counseling. I also confounded Stonyfield Herbs and worked as clinical medical herbalist
