All material ordering , safety of all who worked or visited , coordination of trades and their work, inspections. keeping records, ensuring any changes to drawings and specifications were completed in a timely manner. Was a project Superintendent on a wide variety of projects from the Earthquake Research lab at UBC to the Award winning 1st Phase of the Sauder School of Buisness , worked on hotels like the Opus and Delta Suites Vancouver the New Burn unit at VGH, helped complete some of Vancouvers most iconic high rises on Burrard inlet spent 18 months at CBC redevlopement and a couple of Odeon Multi plexes as well

Started my career at Scott working as a forming carpenter on the building everybody knows as the one with the tree on top on Beach Ave, Worked my way up to become layout man/ sub foreman there, Then spent next 6.5 yrs as a site carpenter/ foreman on various building sites through out lower mainland .
