As an ECT Induction Lead at Cranmer Education Trust, I support and mentor early career teachers across the trust's schools, ensuring they receive high-quality training and guidance. I also teach social sciences at the Blue Coat School, Oldham. Before that, I was the head of department for citizenship, leading the subject across the school and developing the curriculum. I have a Bachelor of Laws degree from Newcastle University and a PGCE from Liverpool Hope University, which equip me with the skills and knowledge to succeed in variety of professional contexts.
