  Responsible for ensuring that the reports and payments received from our suppliers and members are received according to the terms within the Novation contracts Performs member research requests when submitted Maintain established collection process for sales reports and admin payments Monitor the processing of sales reports and accuracy of sales data Ensure the revenue percentage is correct Utilize CICM tools to ensure that sales and revenue amounts have been posted correctly  Perform reconciliation of actual cash received to revenue reported Inform PRS of sales adjustments as needed  Inform PRS of report corrections as needed Assist PRS with the proper identification of reported members. Identify and assist in the reconciliation of lockbox payments Contact suppliers to verify the proper application of payments Inform PEs/SEs of any situation with contracts that need their attention Contact suppliers with questions around sales trends Monitor sales and revenue trends of each contract (300-350) Assist with the monthly and quarterly PRS close processes Perform member research, work with suppliers to resolve each situation Monitor that additional reporting and admin fee payments have been submitted by suppliers for any research related request Assist suppliers with the proper identification of identifiers used for each member Perform webinars to train suppliers on how to submit their reports via ASAP Research complex issues and develop processes to prevent them in the future Other miscellaneous duties as assigned
