As National Sales Coordinator I oversee a team of Estimators, where we provide takeoffs and pricing structure for our National Home Builders in the Mid-Atlantic Region to include, Roof and floor trusses, Wall Panels, TJI, BCI I-Joist, Loose lumber needs of all types-and sizes, Windows from Plygem and United, Exterior Entry Doors, Exterior Cornice and Fypon.

Baltimore, Maryland Area

• Compute all material takeoffs
• Negotiate contract pricing for all stages of construction
• Input all data into Fast Management software
• Corrections to all Purchase orders and Variance Purchase orders.
• Release all new home starts and change orders
• Manage all Architectural changes and new floor plans for distribution for all field personnel, sales and purchasing department

Columbia, Maryland

• Oversee all operations of the customer care department.
• Supervise customer care representatives (8) on daily home inspections and service request. Also Construction Managers (15) on their service related issues.
• Report weekly service request ticket tracking to Division President and Director of Construction
• Meet with homeowners on, in and out of warranty service request.
• Work with Claim representatives from insurance carriers on subrogation claims.
• Deliberate with Trade Partners on service request by homeowners.

Baltimore County

• Building and developing of 366 units in Kings Park Estates, Single Family entry level to move up as well as 350 Multi Family Townhomes in Randallstown, Woodbrook 65 mid-level singles in Randallstown and Lyonswood South.
• My job duties included, obtaining all necessary permits for developing rights to building permits.
• Job costing all infrastructures for developing purposes as well as construction costing for building of the homes with all vendors and subcontractors. Material takeoffs and costing of these items. Working with all.
• Responsible for all customer service issues utilizing 2-10 home buyers warranties and HOW warranties. Settling any and all customer service related issues.
• Managing the in-house staff consisting of up to 16 employees. Also, managing of office procedures.
• Worked with all inspectors for both development procedures as well as closeout to release securities. Working with all building inspectors during the home construction process.

Baltimore, Carroll And Harford Counties

• Building and Servicing Custom Homes on Valleys lot or customers lots. Throughout Baltimore, Carroll and Harford Counties. Supervising all trade partners and helping in design of floor plans, exterior elevations as well.
• My job duties included, obtaining all necessary permits home construction.
• Job costing for building of the homes with all vendors and subcontractors. Material takeoffs and costing of these items. Working with all contractors and vendors through home construction.
• Responsible for all customer service issues utilizing 2-10 home buyers warranties and HOW warranties. Settling any and all customer service related issues.
• Managing the in-house staff. Also, managing of office procedures. Working with all building inspectors during the home construction process. Also assisting with all bank draw inspections.

Baltimore, Carroll And Harford Counties

• Building and Developing of many communities. In Baltimore County, Mardella Run 28 single family entry level homes. Carroll county, Diamond Hills 46 single family entry level to move up homes. Harford County, Constant.
