• Overlooked laboratory type building, maintained humidity/temperature through Siemens/HTS BAS system.• General maintenance and testing of mechanical operating systems (air handling units, chilled water systems, boilers, pump operation, reverse osmosis operation, monitor air compressors and other pressure vessels).• Daily morning rounds, checking Reverse Osmosis system, BAS temperature/humidity settings, pressure vessels, emergency equipment (generators/light fixtures)• Troubleshoot and fix equipment failures• Respond to work orders from tenants within building• Accompany contractors around building and provide assistance where necessary• Monthly testing of Emergency systems (generators, fire alarms, emergency lights, etc.)• After hours work when required (evenings/weekends)
