I serve as President and Managing Member of Polaris Rare Earth Materials, LLC which is a distributor of Rare Earth Compounds in North America, as well as a manufacturer and provider of components for DC Brushless motors and sensors for Automotive Tier 1 Suppliers.I also serve as Chairman and cofounder (established in 2007) of Ningbo Northstar Electromechanical Co, Ltd. (NSE), the manufacturing JV / Affiliate of Polaris. At NSE we manufacture automotive and industrial motor sub-components containing permanent magnets. At NSE we have a hard working and intelligent team of 85 to 100 young engineers and skilled workers in a new 7000 sq meter facility in Ningbo, China

Served as Engineering Manager of the Magnequench Tianjin Powder Plant Project, including building construction, process equipment procurement, installations, validations, as well as Chinese Engineering hiring and training programs.

Briefly worked with Ovonic Battery in the Development of NiMH Battery Alloys and Rapid Quenching Steps needed for same.

Served as production team leader (supervisor) over production areas for Jet Casting (Melt Spinning), Powder production, and Bonded Magnet Manufacturing (3 shift operation / 80 people / 3 engineers)
