I have worked at Kmart Oxenford for over three years and have been able to work in a number of different areas, as a shopkeeper, store presenter, checkout operator, and as a customer greeter. I have learnt how best to manage my time whilst under pressure. Working mostly as a customer greeter at the front of the store, I have been able to expand on my communication skills by building relationships with regular customers whilst at the same time successfully navigating theft management. I have faced many challenges working at the store but have easily been able to overcome with the help of a team ultimately expanding on my teamwork skills.

Working as a seasonal performer at Movie World was very beneficial in the building of my communication and collaborative work skills. I learnt how to effectively deal with problems whilst staying true to customer experience and satisfaction by providing the best and most enjoyable experience for guests at the theme park.
