My career with Michael Hill started as a Manager In Training, and I have since grown into my current role as an Area Manager, where I oversee 5 stores and work closely with store managers to help them develop their skills and grow professionally.In my role as an Area Manager, I am responsible for overseeing the operations of 5 stores, ensuring that they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service. I work closely with store managers to provide guidance and support in areas such as performance management, inventory management, and visual merchandising. My experience has taught me how to effectively manage multiple stores and teams, while maintaining a focus on delivering results.I am particularly proud of my ability to develop talent within my team. Over the years, I have coached and mentored many store managers, helping them to achieve their career goals and grow within the company. I have also played a key role in launching new stores and driving successful sales campaigns.My goal is to continue refining my skills as an Area Manager while helping others grow in their careers.
