This role at Sunrise Medical consisted of proactive development of key distributors across the standard rehabilitation product range and to maintain and grow the secondary and tertiary account customer base. I covered a large area (NSW, VIC, SA and TAS) and had over 100 accounts to support and develop with the growing disability market in Australia. This included support for key customer buying groups. Assisting all my customers with product knowledge, education days for industry professionals and trade shows was also a large part of my role at Sunrise Medical

My role at Mobility Options was quite diverse, tasks ranged from sales and deliveries to repairs and on-site demonstrations. I ran the e-commerce website which included tasks such as receiving and sending out orders and to modifying the website content. Serving walk-in customers was a big part of my role and being that a lot of our customers were elderly or disabled extra care had to be taken.

This role consisted of preparing food, cleaning and on rare occasions serving customers. I mainly worked the overnight shift which typically started at 10:30pm and ended at 6am during this time all machines and utensils were thoroughly cleaned and preparations were made for the breakfast shift. Working at McDonald's taught me to be efficient and accurate.
