I have worked with and for both major and independent oil companies planning, scheduling, and supervising projects pertaining to oil & gas well drilling, completion, workover, production, and servicing operations. Familiar with most types of high and low pressure production and compression equipment. Qualified in the completion, workover, and operation of high and low pressure sweet/sour vertical and horizontal gas and oil wells to depths of 21,000’+ MD and TVD. Very proficient in safety processes,routine and non-routine remedial operations, high pressure snubbing, well control, pressure control operations utilizing rig assist or conventional snubbing units and wireline or coiled tubing unit for rigless operations. Very experienced in conventional and under balanced slim hole deepening and directional drilling operations. Substantial experience in vertical/horizontal CTU fishing or drillout and cleanout operations beyond 21,000’ MD. As Completions Superintendent and Coordinator I have recruited, managed, supervised, and mentored many less experienced wellsite supervisors or engineers, (both contract and employee) and cultivated them into a team of top notch operations supervisors. Managed both capital and WOE budgets exceeding $400 MM/year and cut WOE costs by 50%. I possess in-depth experience in managing and coordinating, as well as performing onsite supervision of multi well pad operations (50+ wells/Pad) and simultaneous operations (SimOps) with drilling, frac, CTU, wireline, snubbing, and workover processes. Remedial skills include squeeze cementing, vertical and horizontal cased & OH fishing, technical well repair including casing alignment and both OD or ID casing patching.
