Key responsibilities• Execution for FX hedging across multiple fund structures• Trade execution and asset monitoring• Assessing viability of new fund launches from a Product Monitoring perspective• Daily fund performance analysis and interpretation• Identify, document and implement processes and system enhancements that meet risk, U.K. regulatory and efficiency objectives• Manage the accounting function for more than 30 funds• Investment restriction reporting• Preparation and review of monthly and weekly valuations within strict deadlines• Review of yearly/interim financial statements for audit purposes along with supporting documents; liaising with auditors and dealing promptly with any queries• Maintain records of third party deliverables, used to produce monthly management reports

Facilitator/Tutor of Taxation module of the Chartered Accountants (CA) program. Member of the Taxation exam and assessment panel to review taxation module content. Marking and trial-sitting CA exams in order to keep across changes in taxation, auditing and financial reporting regulation and legislation (including IFRS).

Reporting directly to a number of Partners, my role was to supervise, manage and mentor up to nine staff. Key tasks included preparing client financial models, financial statements, valuing businesses, preparing tax advice and advising on optimal tax structures along with other advisory services.
