 Conducted before, after, and turnaround services on aircrafts by adhering to stringent military standards. Collaborated with trade supervisors for regular inspections and maintenance activities by using specialized hand tools. Ensured compliance with COSHH, health, and safety regulations across all tasks via exceptional efforts. Responsible for managing essential aircraft paperwork, including MODF700C and related forms. Worked in a workshop environment working on specific parts of the main rotor head and tail rotor including stripping and building of tension links and the main rotor head itself. Measuring bushings around the main rotor hub with bore gauges to a thousandth of a millimetre. Using slip gauges to measure the inboard attachment point of the support cone to the hundredth of a millimetre. Taking charge of a small group of people when stripping or building a head which includes Navy and Serco personnel. Teaching new Navy joiners and Serco apprentices how to do the job properly following the procedure and relevant stage checks.  Part of the HMS Seahawk Field Gun Team competing in competitions for the last 2 years, winning both times and representing the Royal Navy at the Birmingham Tattoo.
