Team Leader
CurrentMy role as team leader can vary, from bringing in delivery and making sure all of the stock is accounted for, to working in the warehouse and taking out products that need to be filled. There are also lots of times i will be on the till serving customers and making sure they got everything they needed. From working a small part of everything i have gained a few skills for example, having to make sure everything in the warehouse has been worked in a short amount of time has given me great time management skills. Another skill i have is great customer service from helping people either refund products or just showing them where an item they are looking for is. Being a team leader also means that i have to deligate tasks to my co workers throughout the day giving me experience in managment as well.
