I prepare and help oversee several yearly audits from different agencies; including the FDA and EMA (European FDA) in an effort to provide life saving plasma medications with the highest possible quality. As part of this job I observe employees on a weekly basis to ensure employee competency, investigate errors and prepare reports on erroneous findings, thoroughly inspect plasma samples and donor record files to ensure each procedure was performed and documented correctly.
