Responsibilities include conducting technical research functions for customer inquiries, multimedia data entry, scanning and retrieval system functions, generation of executive level reports, and requisition and procurement processing. Additionally, I maintain and prepare accounting and supply documents, and custody records. I assist multiple colleagues throughout the MAW with audit reconciliation and implement corrective actions for identified problem areas. Providing effective communication amongst various departments, the ability to forecast potential shortfalls, coupled with the drive to ensure the customer receives a product in a timely and accurate manner.
