After accumulating over 10 years’ experience in Commercial Real Estate across; Investment Banking, Structured Finance, Asset Management and Acquisitions Mitchell Voss launched WindMass Capital, a Real Estate Private Equity Firm. Prior to founding WindMass Mitchell was a Vice President in Goldman Sach’s Investment Banking Group where he focused on originating CMBS, balance sheet and bridge loans. Prior to working at Goldman Sachs Mitchell was at UBS Realty, UBS' Real Estate Investment Arm where he worked as an acquisitions and asset management associate performing both development and acquisitions along with asset management on multifamily, industrial, office and retail. Immediately prior to UBS Mitchell was in Deutsche Bank’s Real Estate Structured Finance Group. In total Mitchell has developed in excess of 1.0 million square feet of Industrial, 1,000 apartment units and underwritten in excess of $35.0 billion in potential deals while placing over $6.0 billion of both debt and equity.
