From an early age, I have made decisions, problem solved, negotiated and influenced situations in a fast paced environment. I have the experience and skills to look at any job and be able to manage and lead by using the tools around me to complete that task to the very best outcome. What I have achieved through my career are awards and certificates, as I look to not only to progress others but myself as that is what keeps my motivation and energy ongoing. Creating an industrious, productive and harmonious workplace gives me great satisfaction as a place employees want to come and work.
